- Slats
- Mild Steel to JLS G3312/BS4360 Electro Galvan-ised or Colour Bond with interlocking groove and tested to BS 476 Part 22 for the stability, integrity and performance.
- Guide Rail
- The door guides, designed to suit curtain depth and working clearance, are tabricated trom Grade 43A steel to suit actual requirement cor conceal, exposed type 75mm or 175mm type.
- Bottom Bar
- The bottom rail is manufactured from two piece of steel angle (40 x 40 x smm thk) bolted together to form the T Shape.
- Shutter Enclosure Box
- Constructed from mild steel pipe for the barrel Box Hollow section for the box frame and edge folded steel sheets for the casing with final spray painted finishing
- Support Bracket
- Bracket are manufactured from mild steel plate, with a minimum thickness of 8mm.
- Fixing Requirement
- The opening must be of noncombustible material. In additional, the opening must also be adequate strength to support roller shutter.
